You obviously don't know the difference between hot and scalding. You also assume that they make each cup fresh, and it goes directly into the customers cup. I'm sure McDonalds brews a pot and MAINTAINS it at scalding temperatures, not allowing it to cool at all, until the customer gets it. I've spilled coffee on myself plenty of times, but never needed skin grafts....get the difference??
