And so if you burn yourself at home because your water is too hot, should you be able to sue the water heater manufacturer because you can set the temperature to 180 degrees? They're clearly selling an unsafe product - it should be limited to only heat water to a temperature which should not cause burns.
Same with your oven, kettle, etc. All unsafe products that create unsafe conditions because they heat liquids to unsafe temperatures.
