Another point that no seems to be touching on is the religious fanatics. Another founding point of the terrorism is that all non-muslims must be converted, or killed. As with any religion, you get someone in a position of power to preach and teach, depending on that persons goals and ambitions, the end result will either be peacefull people who feel fulfilled (or whatever) with their religion, or fanatics who will blame everyone else for their problems...AND if you get a religion that has its strings pulled by the government, a government that limits and forbids most basic education, it seems that you're basically brainwashing the masses into doing your dirty deeds. Like with most things I think religion can be either good or evil, it all depends on the interpretation. I also believe this is true with ANY religion, but Islam seems to be the big driving factor of these idiots.
