If I read books about making fertilizer bombs or how to weaponize anthrax and the FBI comes to talk to me about it, I will open my door, invite them in, ask them if they want a beer,and thank them for inquiring. Fact is they probably know who I am anyway from their big database and wouldn't bother me. I have nothing to hide.
Now, take a student from Yemen who has been here for a year and mysteriosly not attending any classes or working anywhere. Should he be questioned? You bet. Does this offend you? If so, be thankful you live in Ireland.
