Why are US dollars going out of the US? I really didn't like the money we gave to Mexico and this is a lot more, a hell of a lot more. Remember that whole cutting taxes while increasing spending bit we talked about? I'm not heartless, I understand the humanitarian angle, but I thought people were tired of the US spending money on non-US interests.
