Africans are aware of AIDS and what causes it yet they continue to refuse to wear or insist that their partner wear a condom. This is part of the reason why I am apathetic towards giving them money for AIDS. They are doing it to themselves. I can't remember which country it was but last year there was a huge outbreak of INFANT rape due to adults wanting to have UNPROTECTED sex without the fear of infection.
