You don't have to buy it, you just have to look at the pharmaceuticals market. I'm sure research is getting done, but at what pace? Surely not as fast as it should and surely not as much money is poured into AIDS research in this country as it should be. Remember, greed (money) makes the world go around, not humanitarianism. That's just a fancy word so rich people can throw fancy banquets and make themselves feel better abotu stepping on the people below them.
