I remember reading a quote from someone in the administration, unfortunately I can't remember who, that said that searching for WMD and sites was not the top priority (during the invasion), that securing the nation was first and that they'd look for the weapons after the nation was secured. So.....ideologically versus what was done in action......you decide. I'm just passing along information.
