There was a punk album before Licensed to Ill. Some small indie thing. It could have been just an EP, I don't remember and I think I taped over the copy I had. Cookie Puss wasn't on it, that was a single or something that later got included on the re-release CD. Egg Raid on Mojo was a pretty good song. Just didn't care for Paul's Boutique, have hated everything since especially when they turned into krishnas I mean buddhists. But Licensed to Ill is a classic album and probably doesn't get the credit it deserves for exposing rap music to the white suburban audience.
