wherever the threat to the US is real. if Hussein's Iraq really was a threat to US security, i would think many more people would have been onboard for a forced disarmament, screw the inspections.
but this conflict has shown us that Iraq was not really much of a threat at all to the US, which is why the administration has been downplaying the WMD threat and up-playing the whole 'liberation' spin.
while many, including me, think the world is a better place with Hussein gone, i'm wondering when we're going to liberate the people of Saudi Arabia. or Cuba. or North Korea.
