I don't know, it's tough to prove either way. But alot of state governors have seen increased employment by cutting their state taxes. If Bush can lower taxes by cutting guvment spending without increasing the debt, I say go for it.

I think it's a marketing ploy brought on by competitive pressures from other fast foods. If BK wasn't making money they would not be in business, the harsh reality of capitalism.
