I have a '63 VBB2 which has developed a, uh, "steering wobble". I'm having a hard time pinning down the source, but the bike feels pretty unsafe, even at low speeds. She was working fine and then suddenly developed this problem without warning or event.

I've checked the usual suspects - wheels, rims, tire pressure, brakes, and they all seem fine. I suspect it may be the bearings on the fork, as I had the fork out to change the steering lock. Does anyone out there have any suggestions as to what to look for? I'm stumped.
