bent circiform symptoms?

can someone give me any ideas on the different symptoms of a bent circiform on a vna 125,i have a bad knock type of sound,engine has new complete crank,piston and clyinder,starts every time,runs and accelerates ok,also all new bearings and clutch,any answers?THANKS.
