Czech scooter, 1969.....make ??

I made the following scan (hope you can see it) from a Czech football/soccer programme for Sparta Prague, and on the back page there was this advert for a scooter, and seems to be called the 'Sazejte Sazku'.
Does anyone know this make, and anything about it ??....er, I just realised I dinna ken how to attach the .jpg file....how do I do this ??
