tuned PX 200

I have just tuned my PX 200 -84 a bit: Taffspeed exhaust pipe, Malossi 210 cylinder and 30 Dell Orto carburator. My scoot has only 15000 kms, but I am a bit worried how the engine will last the tune up. No other changes have been made. Will it last or should I do some modifications to enhance its reliability? Please help me, I am quite new with scoots...
