Lambretta S3 wiring harness position

I'm putting my bike back together and the wiring harness gets in the way of installing the airbox. Should it run under the lug on the fram where the airbox connects, or should it be running on the other side at this point?
If someone could check on their scooter and let me know I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
