p problems

my P150x has been driving me insane. I asnt able to get it started a while ago, but a new woodruff key fixed that. However, im still experiancing backfiring while trying to start it. In addition once it is started it will stall out after a minute or so. One last thing is that while taking it around the block, it feels like the engine is kind of bogging, or holding me back at the high end of the gear. any suggestions?
