Soon after getting my T5 disc (my first bike with an external disc) I had someone cut accross me and needed to pull a mega emergency stop. Not being used to a front brake which actually worked I ended up pulling so hard that the back wheel came off the ground a couple of inches and the back end swung round landing in a right angle to the handlebars. I'd certainly class this as fishtailing, albeit in an extreme panic induced brown trousered situation. The other unusual thing is that a Doc Martin Highlander sized dent appeared in what I'm sure was a straight Renault 21 front door panel before I had to brake. Spooky.
